Customer Service Representative

Where You’ll Make a Difference 

Manage end-to-end purchase orders for local and export customers (from order entry into the system, timely follow-up, providing status updates to the customer, through to billing and dispatch).Handle customer requests promptly and accurately, coordinating with the relevant departments.Process claims in the system and follow up until the process is completed.Enter requests for credit notes, material returns, among others.

What Makes You the Right Fit

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, or related fields.1 to 2 years of experience in Customer Service or similar roles.Intermediate to advanced English (desirable).Intermediate to advanced Excel (desirable).Knowledge of domestic and international trade.
