Circle K Business Centre is looking for a new colleague to join our team as:

Junior Customer Contact Centre Representative

Type of Employment: Permanent

Location: Riga, Latvia

Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Provide professional and courteous support to B2B and B2C customers via phone on daily matters.Consult customers and resolve issues via email correspondence (both B2B and B2C segments).Support fuel station employees by helping to promptly resolve current situations.Collaborate with the sales team – exchange information and provide timely support via phone and email.Communicate effectively with internal company departments to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.Enter and process data in customer service systems.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Previous experience in customer service (considered an advantage).Ability to communicate clearly and understandably in Latvian; fluency in English is an advantage.Good computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM systems, etc.).Accuracy, strong sense of responsibility, and customer-oriented mindset.Ability to work in a dynamic environment and effectively solve problem situations.Ability to work fully from the office.
