Junior Customer Account Associate with English (f/m/d)

Siemens Financial Services GmbH will establish a Shared Service Center (SSC) in Warsaw. The Junior Customer Account Associate supports the day-to-day financial operations of the Shared Services Center by assisting with the processing and reconciliation of customer payments across European markets. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals starting their career in finance or accounting, offering hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment.
You'll create impact by:Allocating standard (non-complex) incoming payments to the correct customer accounts and invoices. Supporting the resolution of unallocated cash by gathering information and communicating with internal teams, and occasionally with customers. Processing customer refunds in accordance with company policies and local regulatory requirements. Accurately recording all incoming payments and resolving discrepancies. Supporting the preparation of domestic and international bank transfers. Assisting in monitoring company bank accounts and preparing top-ups as needed. Sending and monitoring payment orders via electronic banking systems. Assisting in resolving rejected transfers and verifying payment statuses. Providing transfer confirmations to internal and external stakeholders. Participating in training and development activities to build knowledge of SSC processes and tools.
Your success is grounded in:Up to 1-2 year of experience in a finance or accounting role. Experience in working in SSC will be an assetBachelor’s degree (or in progress) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field Good communication skills in English; Knowledge of Swedish or Norwegian will be a plusBasic understanding of financial processes and banking operations.
