Junior Customer Account Associate III (f/m/d)
Siemens Financial Services GmbH will establish a Shared Service Center (SSC) in Warsaw. The Junior Customer Account Associate supports the day-to-day financial operations of the Shared Services Center by assisting with the processing and reconciliation of customer payments across European markets. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals starting their career in finance or accounting, offering hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment.

You'll create impact by: Assisting in the allocation of incoming payments to the correct customer accounts and invoices.Supporting the resolution of unallocated cash by gathering information and communicating with internal teams.Helping process customer refunds under supervision and in line with company procedures.Ensuring accurate data entry and assisting in identifying and resolving payment discrepancies.Supporting the preparation of domestic and international bank transfers.Assisting in monitoring company bank accounts and preparing top-ups as needed.Helping submit payment lists and monitoring order statuses in electronic banking systems.Providing administrative support for rejected transfers and transfer confirmations.Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.Participating in training and development activities to build knowledge of SSC processes and tools.
Your success is grounded in: Bachelor’s degree (or in progress) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related fieldBasic understanding of financial processes and banking operationsGood communication skills in English No specific experience in a finance or accounting role needed (internships or student placements welcome)Knowledge of Swedish or Norwegian will be a plusGood konwledge of Microsoft ExcelStrong attention to detail and willingness to learnTeam-oriented mindset and ability to work in a multicultural environment
