What You’ll Do

Engage & Listen: Understand consumer concerns with empathy and professionalism.Resolve Issues: Manage complaints efficiently, collaborating with team leaders for timely solutions.Document & Improve: Keep accurate records and suggest process improvements to enhance the consumer journey.Follow Through: Ensure cases are resolved and consumers stay informed.Learn & Grow: Participate in training sessions and support onboarding of new team members.

Job Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Passion for consumer care and a genuine desire to help.Team-oriented mindset with self-motivation.
