Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Support the preparation of property valuation projects and portfolio analyses.

Assist in the preparation of market and feasibility reports.

Present valuation findings, methodologies, and key value drivers to clients.

Comply with project timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery.

Support market research and contribute to internal database development.

Candidate Profile

Degree or Master’s in Architecture, Engineering, Economics, Management, Data Science, or a related field.

1–3 years of relevant experience in Valuation and Advisory.

Understanding of the Portuguese real estate market and valuation methodologies.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.

Fluent in Portuguese and English, with excellent communication skills.

Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; experience with AI tools is a plus.
