Junior Consultant Insurance

Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior Consultant, to be part of DXC Insurance Consulting team.

We are looking for a professional to collaborate on improving service performance and efficiency, designing new processes and solutions, leveraging innovation, digital & data. As part of a team, you will support leading insurance companies in the implementation of new models and the redesign of organised processes

Responsibilities:

Functional process analysis;

Analysing and benchmarking market solutions to support core processes;

Monitoring the regulatory landscape and identifying new requirements to produce an impact analysis for the customer;

Assists in interviewing Clients, identifying business issues and proposing solutions. Assists in documenting and designing processes to increase efficiency (decrease lead time, increase throughput, reduce cost, etc.);

Participation in the preparation of SAL;

Supporting the executive manager in the preparation of interventions and propositions for business development.

Education and Skills:

Master’s degree in economics, Finance, Science and/or Engineering;

Nice to have previous experience or internship in IT fields;

Good Knowledge of English;

Relational and analytical skills, team-working ability

Work Location: Milano (MI) with smart working possibility
