We are currently strengthening our Hospitality Capital Markets investment team, based in our Lisbon office. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing platform and work on high-profile projects across Portugal, from north to south, while collaborating closely with our wider EMEA team.

Job Description

Main Responsibilities

Assist senior members of the investment team in elaborating marketing materials for mandates and transactions;Data support and update of sector Key Performance Indicators;Be involved in market analysis and support in underwriting and analysis of real estate assets;Prepare commercial proposals and investment memorandums to investors;

Profile and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Economics, Management, or other relevant fields;Interest in the hospitality sector and in real estate investment;Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work within multidisciplinary teams;Analytical skills, particularly with Office software tools (Excel and PowerPoint);Dynamism, flexibility, organization, and creativity;Fluency in English, both spoken and written;Proactive attitude;Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and resilience;Capacity to adapt;Outgoing personality;Commercial mindset and interest.
