Summary/Objective 

As a Junior Configuration Management Analyst, you will play a key role in our operations team, supporting the configuration management process to ensure the integrity and reliability of our Engineering Work Products for production and Customer consumption. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to manage and control changes to our system designs. 

Job Responsibilities 

Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of configuration management policies, processes, and procedures.  Support the identification and documentation of configuration items (CIs) and their attributes throughout their lifecycle.  Maintain configuration management tools and databases to track changes, versions, and dependencies.  Participate in configuration audits and reviews to verify compliance with established standards and requirements.  Work closely with development, operations, and quality assurance teams to coordinate configuration changes and releases.  Troubleshoot configuration issues and provide timely resolution to minimize impact on operations.  Contribute to the continuous improvement of configuration management practices and tools.
