Minimum requirements:
LLB Degree Legal drafting and research experience Computer literate Bilingual in Afrikaans and English  Some experience and understanding of compliance Good internet and neat workspace Job specifications
Interact with clients continually and get involved in sales Advise clients on the application of FAIS and related legislation (FICA/POPI/etc.) Advise and facilitate license applications Communicate with regulators on behalf of clients (FSCA/FIC/SARB/etc.) Doing repetitive admin work/research must give you immense amounts of joy Good people and problem-solving skills A high level of ethics
