We are seeking a Junior Communication Specialist who is passionate about developing and editing communications. If you possess strong organizational skills and thrive in a global client environment, this role is perfect for you.

 

Your Key Responsibilities

As a valued member of our team, you will:

Support the development of communication plans for policy rollouts and other initiatives. Create and refine processes and protocols for internal communications within the Independence team. Gain a comprehensive understanding of assigned Independence processes and related tools and databases. Provide additional support for dedicated projects and task assignments.

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Effective problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach. The capability to meet deadlines and manage your workflow and priorities efficiently.

 

Qualifications

To qualify for this role, you must:

Be fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills. Exhibit attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines. The ability to work independently and virtually.

 

Ideally, You’ll Also Have:

 

Familiarity with the MS Office suite (MS Word, Excel, SharePoint). Strong time management skills. Willingness to support during hours that overlap with EST.

 

What We Look For

We are interested in hiring a well-organized individual with strong communication and analytical skills and good command of MS Office package. Ideally you should have Bachelor/Master degree in communication, marketing, business administration or a related field. 1 to 2 years of experience in corporate environment would be appreciated.

 

You should be able to independently complete your regular responsibilities according to tight deadlines, have a positive attitude, an open mind and “out of the box” thinking mindset. You should be flexible, open for challenges and changes as our environment is young and dynamic.

 

Expected joining date: December 2025 /January 2026
