Junior Commercial Finance Manager

Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Commercial Finance Manager to join our Samsung team. This role acts as a key link between the finance and commercial departments, driving financial insight and supporting business decisions through effective budget management, reporting, and performance analysis. Role and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Acting as the primary point of contact for financial matters with the division (promoting business partner approach between finance and commercial teams to leverage financial acumen & representing the finance department during business meetings with the division).

Managing the sales deduction and marketing budgets, including collecting budget plans from budget owners, ensuring that planned expenses remain within the overall budget limits, and monitoring spending to ensure alignment with approved plans.

Maintaining daily communication with the Sales and Marketing departments, monitoring sales performance, staying up to date with all changes in the product line-up, and being fully informed about ongoing activities within the division

Ensuring Commercial teams get the information and tools required to manage Products/Channels/Customers in the area of full P&L,

Management reporting process – weekly based as well as during Planning and after Month Closing,

Ensuring full transparency of the reported numbers, so that management can understand their numbers and contribution to overall results,

Planning, Controlling and Month Closing from financial perspective of full Product P&L,

Ownership of contract signing and condition management – ensuring proper condition are set and accruals posted, accurate data is reported,

Active contribution to the profit improvement and sales target achievement of the Product/Channels by working on and identifying appropriate KPI’s indicators and systematic review of performance.

Skills and Qualifications

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position,

Very good MS Excel knowledge,

Excellent communication skills,

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,

Problem-solving skills,

English knowledge on communicative level both verbal and written,

A higher education degree in finance or a closely related discipline is required.
