Junior Collections Analyst
You will play a key role in supporting financial operations by managing collections, negotiating payment plans, and reviewing order releases. Additionally, you will provide essential support to the finance team to ensure smooth and compliant processes. The selected candidate will be based at the Bolzano office and will report directly to the FP&A Business Partner.
What will you be doing at Arrow ECS?
Managing collections and negotiating payment plans to ensure smooth financial operations.
Reviewing order releases and resolving disputes with precision and professionalism.
Collaborating daily with our sales team to streamline billing processes and address customer-related matters.
Delivering insightful reporting on both a daily and monthly basis to support strategic decision-making.
Providing essential support to our finance team, contributing to a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
What we are looking for:
Degree in Economics or a high school diploma with an economic focus.
At least 1 year of experience in credit collection will be great.
Strong communication skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
English and Italian language proficiency at least on C1 level
