Some hearings can be done through video meeting, some dont.** **Duration: 3 months contract (with possible extension** **Work Schedule:** M-F 8am-5pm, may be required to work earlier/later based on court/judge requirements. **Responsibilities:** + Represents insured and the Company in the defense of bodily injury and property damage lawsuits, subrogation, and Financial cases. + Prepares for and conducts hearings, trials, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions. Prepares and argues pre and post-trial motions. + Assists colleagues in the resolution of calendar conflicts.
