Junior Channel Account Manager
**Honeywell Productivity Solutions & Services** is looking for a result-driven and customer-oriented sales professional to join our EEM team as a **Channel Account Manager** . This role is a combination of sales and business development functions aiming at development of existing and prospective channel partners across the region. As **Channel Account Manager** , you will be responsible for maximizing the use of our products and services portfolio, minimizing dependency from specific products or opportunities, ensuring a sustainable growth, as well as articulating a healthy margin, while establishing long term business relationship with a channel partner. Next to the channel management being the primary focus, this role involves also end-user engagement while supporting partners in their sales endeavors. + To develop account plans for existing and new channel partners, in line with regional channel strategy, and execute the objectives + To create a business plan for each strategic end customer to align on strategies, objectives, and customer priorities for the year + To establish long term business relationships with channel partner executives and end customer executives + To work closely with channel partners regarding sales opportunities, including qualification and development of joint strategies and engagement with the end user + Focus on cross-selling and up-selling tactics in each strategic account and drive the same behavior with channel partners + To train and develop channel partners in relation to our product lines and sales methodologies + To ensure achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets and management-based objectives + To be accountable for pipeline management, forecasting and delivering revenue and solutions consumption targets on partner led opportunities; Track and monitor all KPIs and metrics in the CRM + Strong sales management skills including thorough knowledge of the sales process and strategic techniques to achieve objectives + Experience in working for a global organization, + Strong planning and organizational skills + Problem solving mentality leveraging internal and/or external resources, conflict resolution, and follow through with partners + Reasonable level of technical proficiency + Inclusive and collaborative, driving teamwork and cross-team alignment + PC literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages + Solid written and oral communication skills + **Fluency English and Polish in both speaking and writing.** **We offer:** + Competitive Salary regularly increased based on your performance + Flexible benefits basket with monthly budget allocated (medical insurance, life insurance, Multisport Card) + Generali Insurance (Accident Insurance) + Employee Assistance Program - Free and confidential service to help with any difficulties regarding work, life and personal or family matters + Access Integrity line - Any workplace issues or violations that need to be raised in good faith, can be communicated in a safe, private and confidential environment **Equal opportunity statement** We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
