Työn kuvaus

We are looking for a proactive Junior Business Controller with a mindset to grow and a strong sense of ownership. In this role, you will support our Business Controllers across a wide range of financial and operational responsibilities, gaining valuable hands-on experience along the way.​​​​​​​

Monitor and report on business performanceSupport budgeting, forecasting and monthly reportingSupport of the month-end closing and reporting processesReporting tools developmentPreparing financial presentations and KPI materials for different stakeholdersSupport diverse daily hands-on tasks in supporting businessActing as a contact person and as a link between the business and accounting

PätevyydetAt least 3 years of relevant financial work experience within the areas of business controlling, consultancy, auditing, or accounting.Hands on and flexible attitude.Good organizational and communication skills.Fluent in Finnish and English.

Education:

A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or another relevant field is required.  An MSc. is desirable but not an absolute requirement.
