Position Description:

Ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building and maintaining server-side applications, APIs, and databases. You will work closely with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
 


 

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

. Develop, test, and maintain back-end services and APIs.
. Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements.
. Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
. Implement security best practices for data and application integrity.
. Troubleshoot and debug applications.
. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.

. JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js)
. Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI)
. Java (Spring Boot)
. C# (.NET Core)

. Node.js with Express or NestJS
. Spring Boot for Java
. Django/FastAPI for Python

Databases:

. Relational: PostgreSQL, MySQL
. NoSQL: MongoDB, Redis

APIs & Integration:

. RESTful API design
. GraphQL (increasingly in demand)
. WebSockets for real-time communication

Cloud & Deployment:

. AWS, Azure, or GCP basics
. Docker & containerization
. CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)

Version Control & Collaboration:

. Git (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket)
. Agile/Scrum methodologies

Security & Performance:

. OWASP best practices
. JWT/OAuth for authentication
. Performance tuning and caching strategies
