Department OverviewMotorola Solutions Finance Operations Center (F.O.C.) provides world-class finance, accounting and purchasing services to Motorola branches in Europe, Middle East, Africa, US and Latin America region. Job DescriptionConduct SOX and internal control processes across the regions to identify control gaps and provide recommendations to mitigate operational, financial, and compliance riskIdentify, track and escalate deficiencies identified during the review processSupport improvement of existing processes to increase productivity in terms of number, quality and design of controlsManage and resolve day-to-day issues related to internal controls with business partnersDevelop process flow charts and narratives with reference to control points for significant processes and related systemsEnsure documentation of all processes performed in finance operations service center is in placeCooperate with external auditors
This is a full time position
Basic RequirementsUp to 1 year relevant experience (including internships)Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Audit/Controlling/Finance or related studiesExcellent English verbal and written communication skills required.Strong analytical/problem solving skillsExperience in using advanced reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI) is an advantageTech-savvy & advanced computer skillsOracle/SAP Financial Systems experience as an advantageSelf-motivatedCustomer oriented and team playerAbility to work in intense, fast paced and multinational work environmentIn return for your expertise, we’ll support you in this new challenge with coaching & development every step of the way.
