We are seeking a Junior Associate Buyer.
Purchases goods and services and manages the replenishment of specific product categories to maintain adequate stock levels and meet inventory targets. Supports product forecasting and seasonal adjustments. Ensures accurate and timely purchase order costing and follows up on vendor confirmations. Expedites deliveries and fill‑in orders based on demand. Manages excess and obsolete inventory through established inventory control processes. Provides drawings when needed to clarify specially configured items for suppliers. Collaborates with the warehouse on material receipt and with Accounts Payable on pending invoices. Communicates delays to installation teams.

Required Qualifications
Diploma or equivalent work experience required Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Buyer Good business English skills (Written and spoken) Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (experience with ERP systems is a plus — TOTVS and Oracle) Availability to work in a hybrid model in São Paulo, SP (2 days per week in the office)
