We are looking for a Junior Advisor to join our team based in Stockholm on a part time basis, working 2-3 days per week.

The role

We are looking for a Junior Associate to work as part of a team on commercial real estate valuation & advisory assignments that range from big portfolios for international investors to unique single assets projects across sectors in Sweden and wider Nordic market.

We don’t expect you to be an expert yet - what counts is your interest in the role and willingness to learn. You would support our experienced team with data gathering, market analysis and compiling client reports amongst other tasks. You will be involved in challenging projects and take on more responsibility as you grow.

What we look for in a candidate

•Ability to grasp new concepts quickly•Resourcefulness, initiative and strong problem-solving skills •Strong analytical skills and ability to simplify complex issues•Positive attitude and team spirit•Curiosity and collaborative thinking•Academic background in Real Estate studies•Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint – other software a plus. Ideally tech focused.•Good communication and teamworking•A high degree of integrity and professionalism•Excellent oral and written English & Swedish.
