🏛️ Junior Architect

Location: Bergen County, NJ (On-site, 5 days/week)

About the Role

We’re seeking a Junior Architect to join our collaborative and service-driven team. In this role, you’ll leverage your skills in REVIT and AutoCAD to produce detailed construction drawings and contribute to all phases of commercial architecture projects—from initial surveys to construction administration. Key Responsibilities

Create complete construction drawing sets using REVIT and AutoCAD.Participate in all project phases: surveys, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, and construction administration.Conduct existing condition surveys and visit job sites as needed.Collaborate with internal teams to meet project goals and deadlines.Communicate with clients and engineering consultants, responding to RFIs to ensure smooth project execution.

Required Skills & Experience

Proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD.2–3 years of architectural experience, preferably in a small office setting.Experience in commercial architecture, especially retail and hospitality.Ability to produce full construction document sets.Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.Interest in pursuing architectural licensure.Experience across all design and construction phases.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
