Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia, is looking for new team players to join our team as:

Junior Analyst in Wet Stock Management department

Type of Employment: Permanent (4 openings)

Location: Riga, Latvia

Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)

The Wet Stock Management department at Circle K Business Centre in Riga is a part of the Global Fuel Logistics organization and is responsible for fuel stock monitoring at Circle K owned stations across Europe and North America. The department’s goal is to reduce fuel losses and support stakeholders by providing insights into fuel variances.

Main responsibilities:

Monitor fuel inventory levels on a daily basis and conduct regular analysis of wetstock data.

Continuously analyze stock movement trends to identify potential fuel losses.

Identify and investigate discrepancies in fuel consumption and inventory records.

Ensure adequate follow-up and resolution of identified issues and deviations.

Collaborate with operations teams to optimize fuel variance results.

Report to Circle K stakeholder operations teams regarding faults and issues related to fuel, HSE, and forecourt equipment segments.

Main requirements:

Degree in Finance, Economics, Logistics, or a final-year student in one of these fields.

Strong communication skills.

Good knowledge of MS Office products.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Knowledge of French or Dutch will be considered an advantage.

Proactive, detail oriented and improvement driven personality

Self-motivated, positive, strong team player.

The Junior Analyst position is intended to prepare the employee for Analyst level role. The Junior Analyst is expected to complete full training and reach this level within one year.
