Junior Analyst – BCE (Brokerage, Commissions, Executions) (Hybrid - Montreal) Join the Global Market Data Services team supporting BCE (Brokerage, Commissions, Executions), market data, and technology. As a Junior Analyst, you’ll play a key role in invoice reconciliation and approval, ensuring accuracy and compliance across multiple lines of business. Key Responsibilities + Log new invoices in the master inventory database + Review cost centers, service names, and costs for accuracy + Communicate with LOB managers for billing confirmation and approvals + Process invoices in Coupa for payment Qualifications: + Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams) + Strong attention to detail and analytical skills + Excellent written and verbal communication (English) + Ability to manage high volumes of invoices under tight deadlines + Strong judgment and conceptual thinking Nice-to-Have Skills + Experience with Market Data Manager (MDM) + Familiarity with SmartProcure (Coupa) + BG in banking or financial institutions + Bilingual (French/English) Work Environment: + Montreal (BMO HQ) – Hybrid (1–3 days in office) + Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (37.5 hrs/week) Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
