About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Analyst to join our Valuation Department in Riyadh. This role provides an excellent opportunity for ambitious professionals looking to build a career in real estate valuation and advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:Assist senior team members in conducting property valuations for various asset classesCollect and analyze market data, comparable sales, and rental informationPrepare valuation reports and supporting documentationContribute to research projects on real estate market trends in Saudi ArabiaMaintain valuation databases and assist with quality control processesSupport client communication and relationship managementQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related field0-2 years of experience in real estate, valuation, or financial analysis (fresh graduates considered)Strong analytical and quantitative skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly ExcelKnowledge of Saudi Arabian real estate markets (preferred)Ability to work with valuation models and methodologiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills highly desiredPersonal Attributes:Detail-oriented with strong organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamEager to learn and develop professional expertiseStrong work ethic and commitment to deadlinesProfessional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skillsWhat We Offer:Structured training and development opportunitiesExposure to diverse real estate asset classesMentorship from industry expertsClear career progression pathCompetitive compensation package
