ABOUT THE ROLE

The Junior Accounts Payable Accountant will be responsible for processing invoices from suppliers across the EMEA region. Since the volume of invoices processed in Oracle is high and deadlines are tight, the ability to work under pressure is essential. In this role, you will cooperate closely with suppliers and internal departments.

On a daily basis, you will work together with 16 colleagues and report directly to the Accounts Payable Team Leader.

You will start with an intensive induction program, followed by additional training tailored to your individual needs.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

Register supplier invoicesInvestigate invoice disputes dailyPrepare and run reports in Excel (daily, weekly, monthly) and resolve open queriesReconcile supplier statements and manage disputesArchive and file documents in line with country legislationAssist with other accounting tasks as required

WHO YOU ARE:

Learn fast and adapt quickly to new systems and processesFocus on detail and accuracyCommunicate fluently in English (C1) and German (B2)Use MS Office with strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)Understand accounting principles and be numerateExperience from a similar role will be an advantage
