This role will support the management, verification, and reporting of fixed assets, ensuring accurate capitalization, depreciation, and disposal processes in compliance with company policies and accounting standards. **Key Responsibilities:** + Assist in the recording and tracking of fixed asset acquisitions, transfers, and disposals. + Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual fixed asset reconciliations. + Support monthly and quarterly close activities related to fixed assets, including depreciation runs and reconciliations. + Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset records in the fixed asset subledger. + Conduct physical asset verification and tagging across various locations to ensure asset integrity and compliance. + Collaborate with project owners and finance teams to ensure timely capitalization of assets. + Help prepare audit documentation and respond to internal and external audit requests. + Participate in system enhancements related to fixed asset accounting. + Support compliance with internal controls and corporate accounting policies. + Assist in generating reports and analysis for management review. + Perform manual Journal entries, accruals and reclassifications. **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field + Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS). + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP, Power BI, or other ERP systems is a plus. **Preferred Qualifications** + 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance; internship or exposure to fixed assets is a plus. + Strong attention to detail. + Ability to manage multiple priorities. + Strong communication skills. + Ability to work collaboratively. The base pay for this position is $50,700.00 – $101,300.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
