Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance or currently studying towards one Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Sage, Pastel, or QuickBooks) Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Good communication and teamwork abilities Eagerness to learn and grow in the role
