Adecco is supporting a local client in CARLSTADT, NJ for a Junior Account. Hybrid- Needs to be onsite 1 day a week- Wednesday. Essential Job Functions • Create pro-forma royalty invoices to +400 customers (quarterly) • Update Internal Database (File maker) with all billing and invoicing. • Monitor Accounts Receivable balances and contact customers regarding outstanding royalty payments • Review Bank statement for royalty payments, post and track payments for each contract. • Update files for any newly added contracts • Collect Tax withholding receipts from customers and file properly for distribution to HQ • Assist in gathering needed documents for filing of the German VAT • Contact licensees and collect statements of sales on quarterly basis. • Contact customers regarding outstanding royalty reports • Maintain statement of sales Database for tracking • Verify accuracy of statement of sales and calculate royalties due • Bill all overages to customers and send invoices to team for distribution to customers • Ensure compliance with appropriate internal controls and corporate policies. Provide documentation as required for internal audits. • Post Journal entries related to royalties and other accounts as needed • Perform assigned Account Reconciliations • Royalty cash forecasting on monthly basis • Assist with other tasks and projects as requested. General Requirements 1. 2- 3 years of related work experience 2. BA degree in Accounting/Finance or related field. 3. Experience/ proficient in Microsoft Excel 4. Working experience with Oracle needed. 5.
