We are making every move count We at Kalmar are seeking a talentedJunior Accountantto deliver RTR services in line with customers’ needs and expectations. The position requires working from the office for the first 6 months. Main tasks and responsibilities + Responsible for supporting accounting services for selected processes and countries, including accounting for and coordinating the month-end general ledger close, and preparing balance sheet reconciliations. + Provide support for roles in the area of Record-to-Report. + Responsible for financial reporting operational activities. + Handle ad-hoc requests in a timely manner. + Follow internal control procedures and all accounting policies in accordance with CAS and the internal control framework. + Deliver error-free processes. + Build supportive relationships with peers and colleagues. + The role has controlling and reporting responsibilities over all processes in the end-to-end accounting: OTC, ITP, HR activities, and how they are reflected and accounted for in the books. + The role executes ongoing control over the accounting activities in the respective ledger for which it is responsible.
