The Junior Accountant reports directly to the Assistant Director of Finance and plays a key role in supporting all hotel accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general cashier, income audit, and financial reporting.

Main Responsibilities: -

Maintain accurate financial records and post journal entries.Assist with accounts payable and receivable processesSupport income audit and cost audit functions, and assist with inventory spot checks.Contribute to monthly journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and analytical reviews of significant account balances.Assist in preparation of month-end closing procedures and reports.Review expense claims and ensure compliance with company policiesHandle inquiries from guests, clients, vendors, and external auditors.Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by superiors.
