We currently have an opening for a Sales Account Manager who will be responsible for all aspects of account management for designated customers. This position will work closely with other departments such as Vertical Market Sales, Service, Engineering and Operations. **Position Responsibilities** + Support sales of access control, intrusion and CCTV systems + Assist with establishing customer relationships at appropriate levels for key accounts leading to increased customer satisfaction. + Effectively perform needs assessments, develop sales proposals and estimates and attend job walks + Support the development, implementation and execution of a strategic sales plan for assigned territory to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets. + Manage and maintain project milestones assigned. + Manage and maintain key customer/account metrics and reporting + Develop and maintain communication rhythms with each customer based on their needs + Oversee tactical issues with each account as they may arise + Collaborate with other groups to align on operating interactions and processes, optimize delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction + Team sells with other Salespeople as appropriate **Position Qualifications** + Understanding of electronic security systems, service and design. + Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times. + Excellent time management, planning and forward-thinking skills. + Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. + Proficient with all Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) + Ability to professionally diffuse and resolve difficult customer situations + Ability to organize, plan, and meet deadlines + Strong Interpersonal, negotiation, follow-up, and documentation skills + Strong organizational and analytical skills + Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment + Strong work ethic and teamwork; “can do” attitude and desire to provide best service. + Must possess good decision-making skills Unlimited Technology offers a competitive base salary, commission plan, benefit and 401K package.
