**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Joint Semi-Automated Forces (JSAF) Warfare** **Analyst** to join our team in **Norfolk, VA.** This is an **onsite** position. **Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:** + Able to operate Joint Semi-Automated Forces (JSAF) + Possess ability to Operate the Modeling and Simulation (M&S) System + Knowledge of Joint All-Domain Warfighting System (JAWS) + Conduct JSAF operator training analysis and develop reporting to all TTGL Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) personnel + Provide subject matter expertise in the development of Master Sequence Events List (MSEL) Implementer, and Scenario Development **Minimum Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in a related field, or, High School Diploma or equivalent and 9+ years of relevant live virtual training scenarios experience + 5+ years of relevant live virtual training scenarios experience + Must have Joint Semi-Automated Forces (JSAF) experience + Experience supporting shipboard installations and increasing levels of management development + Experience with multiple naval operating systems and networking equipment + Proficient technical troubleshooting skills **Preferred Qualifications** : + Experience with JIRA/Confluence + Familiar with Department of Defense (DoD) services at both Contiguous United States (CONUS) and Outside Contiguous United States (OCONUS) locations + Ability to work individually and as part of a team, both internally and with external resources **Clearance Requirements:** + Must be US Citizen and have an active Secret Security Clearance **Physical Requirements:** + Up to 25% travel required or as needed. + Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% + Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer. + The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. ManTech International Corporation, as well as its subsidiaries proactively fulfills its role as an equal opportunity employer.
