Activities include generating daily reports from bank portals, reconciling of daily cash & consolidation of daily cash reports for review. + Assist with investment management process + Manageinvestment & foreign exchange letter process + Co-manage & maintain Abbott’s bank account databaseby working with Area Treasurers toreconcileall bank accounts & bank account signers globally. + Prepare monthly counterparty risk report. + Prepare & post monthly exchange rate schedule utilized by Abbott affiliates & divisions. + Process daily journal entries + Processdaily wire transfers & ACH payments + Setup & maintain all wire transfer & ACH templates. + Investigate and resolve any internal and external paymentinquiries. + Assist with month-end close process. + Assist with Sarbanes-Oxley & audit activities. + Assist management with acquisition, integration, divestiture and other business strategic initiatives. + Manage portfolio of custody paying agents & escrow accounts. + Serve as a backup to Corporate Treasury team members. + Maintain comprehensive business process procedures. + Drive for continuous process improvements. + Assist management with ad-hoc projects. **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or finance required.  + Experience in Corporate Treasury, Corporate Accounting, Corporate Finance or Commercial/Investment Banking + Effectively manage projects from start to finish (organized and detail-oriented) + Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with internal and external parties at various levels + Collaborate well in a team environment + Attention to detail with a propensity for continuous improvement **Preferred** **Qualifications** + Prior Finance/Accounting experience is preferred + Experience with MS Office, SAP Treasury/TMS, PowerBI, database management and Bloomberg. _* Participants who complete a short wellness assessment qualify for FREE coverage in our HIP PPO medical plan.
