Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Junior Retail Store Designer to support a large sports lifestyle retail brand in the Beaverton, Oregon area. You will be joining the Retail Design team which has around 40 team members. You will develop new and scaled creative solutions in collaboration with the studio design team or independently. This is done using four store concepts/playbooks. You will collaborate with peers, design counterparts and partner groups to deliver 2D and 3D solutions for a variety of project types and audiences. Skills and Requirements - Minimum of 3-5 years' retail and graphic design experience demonstrating technical sophistication and the design of visual communications - At least 3 years of 3D modeling experience - Working knowledge of SketchUp and the ability to convert 2D images to 3D models - Experience with the Adobe Creative Cloud - Experienced with online collaborative tools such as Slack, Smartsheet, Figma, Miro, Box - An expert at self-managing time and workload across multiple teams and projects - Able to effectively digest a brief, problem-solve, deliver - Capable of leading presentations to internal stakeholders and external partners as required
