Job Description We are seeking a junior-level resource to assist with application monitoring, documentation, and hands-on development work. This role will support daily operations and collaborate closely with senior team members, including weekend monitoring support on a rotational basis. Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years of experience and a strong foundation in software development and cloud technologies. Application Monitoring (30%) Monitor applications and systems using tools like App Insights and Elastic. Ensure uptime and performance; respond to alerts and issues promptly. Documentation (20%) Update and maintain documentation in Azure Wiki or Word. Create onboarding materials and process documentation for new team members. Development (50%) Write and maintain code in Python or C#. Work with REST APIs (consume and extend functionality, not build from scratch). Collaborate with senior developers and assist with coding tasks. Weekend Support Participate in a rotational schedule for weekend monitoring alongside senior team members. Work within Scrum teams and contribute to agile development processes.
