About the RoleThe Jr. Program Manager role supports data reporting, automation initiatives, and cross-functional project coordination across Amazon-supported operations. This position combines hands-on analytics work with structured project tracking and stakeholder communication to help ensure data initiatives are delivered efficiently and aligned to business priorities.
This role will work closely with the Data team to support AI initiatives, executive reporting, dashboard optimization, and operational process improvements. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Primary Responsibilities:Analytics & ReportingBuild, maintain, and enhance dashboards and recurring operational reportsValidate data accuracy and support ongoing data integrity initiativesAssist in gathering requirements from stakeholders for reporting and automation needsTranslate business questions into structured data requests and deliver actionable insightsSupport development of self-service reporting tools to reduce ad hoc workloadProject & Portfolio SupportMaintain centralized tracking of active data initiatives and project timelinesMonitor deliverables, milestones, and cross-functional dependenciesPrepare structured status updates for leadership and stakeholdersSupport intake and documentation of new data requestsIdentify risks, bottlenecks, or scope changes and escalate appropriatelyProcess Improvement & AutomationIdentify repetitive reporting or workflow inefficienciesSupport automation efforts that streamline operational processesDocument processes, workflows, and standard operating proceduresAssist with user adoption and training for new dashboards or toolsCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with HR, Operations, and Amazon network stakeholdersEnsure alignment between technical contributors and business teamsSupport leadership visibility into data-driven initiativesBasic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field OR minimum 2 years of relevant experience in data analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or project coordinationExperience building or maintaining dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, QuickSuite, or similarStrong Excel skills with ability to manipulate and analyze datasets Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to translate business questions into structured reporting or data tasksPreferred QualificationsExperience working in operational or maintenance-driven environmentsWorking knowledge of SQL or experience querying dataExperience supporting cross-functional projects or coordinating deliverablesExposure to AWS data services such as Redshift, Athena, or QuickSuiteExperience identifying opportunities for process improvement or automationThis position does not provide visa sponsorship. Estimated compensation for this position:
85,000.00 – 10,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
