Jr. People Systems Support Specialist
The role

We’re looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Junior People Systems Support Specialist to join our People team in the our Nordics HQ. In this role, you'll support and maintain key HR tools and processes, primarily focusing on Workday, Jira, and related platforms. You’ll work closely with both local stakeholders and global teams to ensure data accuracy, process efficiency, and a great employee experience across the region.

What you’ll do

Workday & Systems Support

Manage and maintain employee data in Workday for the Nordic markets. Act as the local point of contact for Workday-related projects such as module rollouts, audits, and system expansions. Collaborate with the Global People Technology team to provide Nordic-specific insights and ensure the successful implementation of global initiatives.

Process & Stakeholder Collaboration

Partner with stakeholders across the Nordics to ensure smooth daily operations and consistent HR processes. Support HR teams with ad-hoc system requests and operational challenges. Support local HR policy and process documentation.

Tools & Platform Maintenance

Maintain and continuously improve the Nordic HR ticketing system in Jira. Ensure the Employee Data Page in Confluence is regularly updated and accurate. Coordinate and run employee engagement surveys across the Nordics.

Reporting & Analysis

Create and manage HR reports for local stakeholders and senior leadership. Ensure data accuracy for audit and compliance processes related to HR systems.

Cross-functional & Global Support

Represent the Nordics in global projects and system-related initiatives. Support various HR operational activities as needed across the region. What you’ll bring Solid experience with Workday administration  Proficient in Excel and data handling. Familiar with Jira and Confluence Good understanding of project coordination/management. Strong communicator with the ability to explain technical issues clearly. Solution-oriented and enthusiastic with a “can-do” attitude. Team player who enjoys supporting colleagues and building positive relationships. Tech-savvy and self-motivated to learn new tools and systems. Analytical mindset with a keen eye for process improvement. Able to prioritize tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in an HR/People team is a plus.
