Job Overview: This role involves developing and executing category growth strategies specifically within the pharma industry, aligning with market trends, consumer insights, and business objectives. The successful candidate will analyze market dynamics and optimize product offerings to enhance sales performance and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute category growth strategies based on market trends, consumer insights, and business objectives
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to guide decision-making
Develop category plans that align with retailer strategies to drive mutual growth
Optimize product mix by identifying high-performance SKUs and potential gaps in the assortment
Monitor category sales performance, market share, and profitability
Utilize skills in consumer understanding, project management, data management, digital fluency, and the Office package to support category growth initiatives
