Act as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries and processes. **Key Responsibilities** + Maintain HR data in our system and ensure compliance with SOPs and SLAs. + Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including contracts, background checks, and file maintenance. + Assist with employment legislation, compliance, HR systems, and reporting. + Deliver portions of new employee orientation under guidance. + Respond to HR inquiries via phone, email, and case management system; escalate issues as needed. + Participate in audits, process improvements, and team projects. + Closely collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR Business to ensure smooth HR processes. **Requirements** + Bachelor’s degree in administrative careers + Advanced English level + Around 1 year of experience in HR processes, preferred + Strong communication and customer service skills + Detail-oriented with accurate data entry + Availability to work from the office 3 to 4x/week.
