We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented process enthusiast and business application developer to join our digital workplace teammate support team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong passion for technology and a desire to build a career in IT Service Management (ITSM) using the ServiceNow platform. You will gain hands-on experience in developing and analyzing solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and making a real impact on our business operations. **QUALIFICATIONS**
**Required Qualifications:**

1. Bachelor's degree and two years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
2. Knowledge in information systems and ability to apply that knowledge in practice.
3. Ability to manage competing priorities.
4. Ability to solve problems in straightforward situations by analyzing possible solutions using experience, judgment and precedents.
5. Experience participating in IT projects.
6. Ability to communicate complex information in straightforward situations.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
1. Bachelor's degree and three years of experience.
2. Banking or financial services experience.
3. 1-3 years of experience with low code or no code process development (ServiceNow Preferred) for ITSM, workflows, or related business operations implementations.
4. Innovative thinker that can assess and drive discussion around business processes to identify problems and opportunities for technology solutioning and product optimization.
5. Experience transitioning process improvements into technology solutions via automation or low code capabilities.
6. Familiarity and experience with SDLC and Agile methodology, understanding the principles and framework of developing and implementing user stories.
7. Business application testing experience.
8. Strongly prefer: ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) certification.
9. Nice to have: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.
10. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
11. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
12. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
