Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Junior Backend Software Engineer to help build innovative AI-driven products from the ground up. In this role, you will maintain and improve proprietary backend systems while working with technologies such as Next.js, Supabase (PostgreSQL), and various APIs. You’ll also contribute to projects involving machine learning models and large language models (OpenAI, Anthropic) and collaborate closely with the team to launch new products, including an AI chatbot and a CRM for investor relations. The ideal candidate has experience building projects from scratch, whether personal or professional, and demonstrates grit, curiosity, and a strong commitment to learning.
