Make It With Pride.** We’re looking for a passionate and strategically minded **Marketing Excellence Manager** to join the Marketing Excellence team at **Mondelēz México** . This role will lead the **brand equity** and **communications strategy agenda** , acting as the guardian of our **brand platforms** , the driver of **creative excellence,** and the catalyst for **capability building** across the marketing organization. Brand teams lead their brand plans and campaigns end-to-end, and this role acts as a powerful enabler—ensuring their success through the right strategic frameworks, tools, training programs, and governance routines. By driving alignment, quality, and breakthrough impact across the process, this position becomes essential to unlocking the full potential of our brands and their role in delivering business results. **How you will contribute** • **Lead the Brand Equity and Communications Strategy agenda** : define, update, and safeguard brand platforms, ensuring their relevance, consistency, and measurable business impact. • **Own and update the Smart Brand Playbook:** ensure all chapters (Growth Consumer, Brand Foundations, Big Idea, Innovation Strategy, OBPPC, Growth Strategy, Brand Dashboard) are current and actionable; facilitate update sessions with category leaders and cross-functional partners. • **Ensure excellence in the Mondelez Communication Process** : guarantee effective planning, on-time delivery, and breakthrough creative outputs at every stage. • **Foster Creative Excellence** : guide brand teams in developing high-impact creative ideas aligned with brand positioning; inspire adoption of global and local best practices. • **Manage agency partnerships** : build strong, collaborative relationships with creative partners, provide ongoing feedback, and ensure a successful agency evaluation process that reflects performance excellence and mutual satisfaction. • **Build marketing capabilities:** design and implement tools, training, and programs to elevate brand building, communications planning, and creative standards across the marketing team. • Connect stakeholders: act as a bridge between local and global marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution of equity-building initiatives. **What you will bring** • 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on brand building and communications strategy. • Proven track record in creative development, campaign execution, and brand equity growth. • Strong influencing skills and the ability to work effectively across functions. • Excellent project management skills and the ability to lead complex initiatives in dynamic environments. • A strategic thinker with creative sensibility and strong business acumen. • Advanced English proficiency. **Preferred Qualifications** • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. • Experience leading capability programs, brand strategy frameworks, or agency relationship management. • Exposure to multinational or matrixed organizations. • Familiarity with brand equity measurement, communications planning, and creative evaluation processes.
