Job Summary
HRSS - Process all onboarding documents.
Gather data and prepare cyclical and ad-hoc HR reports, scorecards/dashboards, executive presentations and analyses on key HR metrics utilizing MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, Qlik, or other data analytics/visualization tools
Support of HR cyclical processes including talent management, Engagement Survey, affirmative action and diversity reporting, and various other projects/ad-hoc requests
Partner with internal HR teams: Talent Management, Onboarding, Benefits, Compensations, Payroll, Recruiting, to resolve manager and employee questions within defined timelines
Functions as a subject matter expert on several HR functions and activities including job design, job documentation, job evaluation, federal/state/local labor laws.
Develops, implements, and validates processes and systems to enhance the compliance and accuracy of all aspects of the job evaluation process
Maintenance of accurate reporting on HR activities and ad-hoc reporting per HRBP requests
Through analysis, proactively identifies and implements opportunities to improve the customer (employee) experience through changes in protocols internally and through vendors
Leads internal and cross-functional initiatives related to process and quality improvement
Prompt research of escalated cases to bring to fast resolution
Requirements:
knowledge of HR practices
business acumen and competency in site and business partnership
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with management and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
Effective verbal and written communication skills accompanied with cultural sensitivity
Excellent planning, co-ordination, and organizational skills
Judgment, initiative, and tenacity demonstrated in an environment of rapid change.
