Field Operations Manager

About the PositionWe are looking for a Field Operations Manager to drive commercial execution in the region, optimize resources, and ensure the achievement of key business KPIs. This role is essential for aligning strategies between HQ and the sales team, ensuring outstanding performance in Retail Distribution, Brand Building, and Business results.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure achievement of business objectives by defining and monitoring commercial action plans with the ASMs.Define Volume, SoM, and Numeric Distribution targets, analyzing reports and enabling data-driven decision-making.Manage and optimize budgets (Allowances, TME, OVH’s, and Capex) to maximize return on investment.Guarantee excellence in field execution through visits, opportunity identification, and corrective action implementation.Act as the central point of contact between HQ and the region to enhance commercial processes and communication.Coordinate and consolidate regional commercial plans, monitor KPIs, and provide key insights for decision-making.Develop the team, fostering a strategic and creative mindset focused on identifying new business opportunities.RequirementsEducationBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Business-related fields, preferably with a financial orientation.ExperienceExperience in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing, or Strategic Consulting.Technical SkillsExcel (advanced)PowerPoint (intermediate–advanced)WordLanguagesSpanish: nativeEnglish: professional proficiencyCompetenciesStructured and analytical thinkingAbility to work under pressureStrong idea‑selling skills and sense of urgencyAction OrientedConflict ManagementCreativityOrganizational AgilityOrganizingPeer RelationshipsPlanningProblem SolvingTime ManagementDrive For ResultsManagerial CourageBusiness AcumenNegotiatingInternal and External RelationshipsInternal: POS, Divisional Managers, Brand Managers, Finance, HR, Trade Marketing, Sales Force, Sales Operations, Sales Information, Distribution Manager, Subdirector.External (during field visits): clerks, wholesalers, suppliers.
