What you will be doing:As a Jr Designer Admin SPP, you’ll combine creative design with administrative support for our art team. You will create logo drop virtuals and graphic designs for presentations, ensuring all deliverables meet client brand guidelines. You’ll manage art projects for revenue-generating orders, develop new logos, and bring customer concepts to life in a production environment. Acting as a backup to the Art Admin team, you’ll schedule and assign art requests, coordinate with external vendors, and serve as a point of contact for sales associates regarding artwork. You will self-manage your workload and deadlines, prioritizing projects independently and helping drive profitable sales through quality design.
What You Bring to the Table:You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, thriving in cross-functional teams. You’re creative, detail-oriented, and organized, able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced setting. You possess a strong foundation in graphic design and demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Your growth mindset and openness to feedback drive continuous improvement, and you always strive to meet or exceed client expectations.
What's needed: Basic Qualifications:Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent experience2+ years of experience in a creative industry or decoration facilityProficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe AcrobatSolid knowledge of Mac and PC computer systemsStrong vector illustration, layout, and typography skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesAbility to manage projects independently and meet deadlinesStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilityAbility to maintain workflow in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications:Screen print and embroidery experience highly valuedExperience working with branding guidelines and visual identity systemsDemonstrated ability to provide creative solutions within technical specificationsExperience training or sharing best practices with team membersProficiency in MS Office SuiteWe Offer:Inclusive culture with associate-led Business Resource Groups.
