As a Vice President Program/Project Manager in Wealth Management Supervision, you will lead and advise on large-scale, complex projects with long-term impact across Chase Wealth Management, JPMorgan Advisors, US Private Bank, and International Private Bank. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence senior stakeholders, and drive strategic initiatives that enhance supervision and risk management. Together, we will foster operational excellence and continuous improvement.
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Lead and manage projects supporting Annual Threshold Review and Monthly Supervision Dashboard Review programs
+ Optimize alert logic and enhance review processes to increase effectiveness and reduce false positives
+ Monitor supervisory alert frameworks, identify risk trends, and recommend improvements
+ Collaborate with Field, Product, Risk, Control, Compliance, Legal, Technology, and Operations teams
+ Define, prioritize, and achieve strategic objectives to meet business requirements
+ Establish and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, stakeholders, and subject matter experts
+ Produce and contribute to reporting needs, and facilitate meetings at various levels
+ Develop concise communication materials for senior management and influence stakeholder alignment
+ Create and maintain audit and decision logs to ensure compliance
+ Escalate issues promptly and proactively implement process improvements
+ Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
**Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
+ Minimum 7 years of experience in the securities or investment industry
+ Proven project management experience with multiple projects of varying size and complexity
+ Strong knowledge of retail investment products (advisory accounts, mutual funds, annuities, equities, fixed income)
+ Working knowledge of investment industry regulations and regulatory bodies (FINRA, SEC, OCC)
+ Demonstrated ability to drive projects forward in a fast-paced environment
+ Experience synthesizing insights and communicating effectively within cross-functional teams
+ High level of personal initiative, leadership, and goal achievement
+ Openness to developmental feedback from peers and managers
+ Advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint
+ In-depth analytical skills and experience leveraging data analysis to inform decisions
**Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:**
+ Advanced knowledge of securities industry rules, regulations, and guidelines
+ Industry licensing (e.g., FINRA Series 7, 66, 9/10, State Life & Health Insurance license)
+ Agile and/or Jira experience
+ Experience using MIS reporting tools and creating end-user reports (QlikView, QlikSense, SSRS, Tableau)
+ Experience with regulatory audits, risk management frameworks, automation, or digital transformation initiatives
+ Experience working in a global or matrixed organization
