The **J.P. Morgan Wealth Management Client Onboarding & Account Opening** team designs seamless digital and human-assisted experiences that make it easy to open new investment accounts and deepen client relationships. We deliver impactful, compliant solutions across web, mobile, and internal platforms-supporting both self-directed and advisor-led channels.
As a **Client Onboarding Product Manager** within the **JPM Wealth Management Product & Experience** organization, you'll lead the design and delivery of innovative solutions that improve the client and advisor experience. You'll own critical product processes, use data to inform decisions, and partner across business, technology, and control teams to bring ideas to life.

**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Ensure a cohesive account opening experience by aligning onboarding flows with upstream and downstream processes.
+ Center on Client & Advisor Needs: Apply critical thinking and deep user empathy to define best-in-class digital experiences.
+ Lead business discovery efforts, synthesizing client insights, advisor feedback, and performance data to inform strategy.
+ Analyze data models and onboarding flows to translate business goals into clear product requirements.
+ Work closely with technology, UX, risk, legal, compliance, and other key stakeholders to develop and deliver solutions.
+ Prepare user demos, progress updates, and executive-ready presentations to share outcomes and drive alignment.
+ Gather and synthesize feedback to identify gaps, prioritize features, and shape the product roadmap.
+ Collaborate with design partners to develop user flows, wireframes, and visual prototypes that support usability and compliance.
**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:**
+ 6+ years of product management or relevant experience within the financial services industry, with a strong analytical background.
+ Ability to understand complex subjects (technical system architecture, industry regulatory requirements) and communicate the important details to partners.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office (with a focus on Excel and Power Point skills).
+ Experience working closely with user experience designers and software engineers.
+ Experience with Adobe Analytics, Tableau or any web analytics tool is a plus.
+ Strong partnership record and ability to build effective business relationships required to leverage parts of the organization when needed.
