Essential Responsibilities:

Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, architectural drawings and electrical code specificationsPulling cables and cable tray installationWire lighting fixtures, plugs, switches, control panelsInstall electrical systems and other related electrical equipmentAbility to troubleshoot, test and fix defective circuits and ensure their integrity and safetyWilling to act as a mentor to apprentice Electricians

Qualifications:

Must have a Journeyperson ticket from a recognized provincial training authorityExperience with working on a construction project in an industrial setting on a live site would be idealExcellent analytical and troubleshooting skillsExcellent communication skillsMust successfully complete pre-access drug and alcohol testing

Work Conditions:

14/7 working 10 hour daysCamp and travel allowance provided to those eligible Benefits provided by CLAC
