Job Title: Journeyman Welder

Job Description

Join a dynamic team as a Journeyman Welder, where you will engage in production welding skids for data cooling centers. You will work on three different projects, each requiring slight variations in welding techniques, focusing on TIG and MIG welding of light gauge steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. While fitting assistance is available, having self-sufficiency in fitting is a valuable asset.

Responsibilities

Perform TIG and MIG welding on light gauge steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.Engage in skid welding for data cooling centers.Multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Assist with fitting tasks as needed.Work overtime on weekdays and/or weekends when required.Lift up to 50 pounds as part of regular duties.Utilize shears and press brakes, with experience being an asset.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in TIG and MIG welding.Ability to perform skid welding.Comfortable with multi-tasking in a manufacturing setting.Willingness to work overtime as needed.Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Journeyman certification is required.Experience with fitting is advantageous.Familiarity with shears and press brakes is a plus.Comfortable being clean shaven and wearing a respirator.

Work Environment
