Job DescriptionThe shifts are:
Two weeks you will work from Monday to Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
You will work from Tuesday to Friday 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.for two weeks.
You will work an eight hour shift for three weeks.

Position Purpose:
Responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining a variety of machinery and equipment to include engines, motors, tools, parts (hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, etc.), plumbing, conveyor systems, etc. to ensure optimum performance of machines and associated equipment.
Primary Duties /Responsibilities:
Journeyman Millwright/Industrial Mechanic
Performs the following duties:
Numeracy; take accurate measurements using precision instruments (eg. dial indicator ,micrometer)Blueprint reading; have the ability to work from Prints and schematicsCrane certification and hoist operations, including rigging.Aerial Lift Certification and other elevated work (Fall protection)Sprinkler and fire protection system repair and maintenanceHot work; Welding Certification (Oxy acetylene/Plasma Cutting)PipefittingInsulation workHydraulic system troubleshooting and repairPneumatic system troubleshooting and repairRefractory installation and repairSteel and building erectionFabricationConveyor maintenance and repair (eg. Drag, screw, roller, elevators)Vibration analysisFan balancingLaser alignmentThermographyScaffolding Certification; Scaffolding assembly and inspectionPump repair, rebuilding and installationRepair and/or replace functional parts of control instruments and mechanical devices and interpret instructions and diagrams in correcting existing problems. High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) requiredAssociate’s degree with an emphasis in Electrical/Mechanical skills preferred5 (five) years work experienceMust have completed schooling for a trade skill with a 3.0 or greater GPA or have a documented trade skill (welder, mechanic, carpenter, insulator, HVAC technician, fabricator, engine mechanic crane operator, etc.) or have 1 year or greater, work experience as a Journeyman Millwright/Industrial MechanicMust have completed 6240 hours of on the job training, or have documented 5 years or greater in related industrial experience and skill.Must have completed 600 hours of classroom (on-line or face to face) training including listed primary duties or have 1 year work experience as a Millwright JourneymanKnowledge / Skills / Abilities:
